The third Monday in January in the United
States is designated as the legal public holiday to honor Martin Luther King,
Jr. He is famous for his "I Have a Dream" speech. Write about your
dream for the future people of your country.
I have a dream that my country thrives,
has no stress, and comfortable with life. Today, my country does not have many
children. Most scientists say “Japan is population ageing.” The results of the
survey announced that 23% of population in Japan is now over 65 years of age. Most
people don’t get married, and have fewer babies. Therefore, people think less Japanese
in the future. The government makes nursing homes. They take care of elderly
people and make useful and comfortable with places and lives.
I have a dream; people continue to wear
Kimono because most people don’t wear them. They always wear foreign clothes
include me. During summer festival, some people wear Kimono however, most
people do not wear them. I don’t really know about future things but I hope they
will continue to wear them. This is Japanese traditional cloth, and I don’t want
to lose them from people’s memories.
